But here’s the twist: I’m an overthinker. My over-analytical mind, coupled with my experience, typically allows me to foresee potential issues or obstacles and develop a game plan. But for the times when something unexpected happens, I’m the guy you want in your corner—whether it’s problem-solving with underwriters or having to get on the phone with the VP of a lender who wrote their guidelines to get a deal approved.
